What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)?
QHHT is a healing technique developed by Dolores Cannon over the course of 50 years. It allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. While in Theta state of deep trance, the clients are able to access past or early present life experiences that explain the causes of health issues, unhealthy family dynamics, nightmares, anxiety and depression that has manifested in this present life. After the lessons learned in that life, the Higher Self or "SC" is asked to heal the health issues and overall balance of the body. The session's MP3 recording is given to a client for repeat listening every day as healing continues. With QHHT, clients are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within themselves. For more information please visit:
What is Polarity Therapy Healing?
The Polarity system of energy balancing is a synthesis of health modalities and wisdom from the East and West and works to bring the life energies of the body into a state of balance. When these subtle electromagnetic currents are flowing smoothly, one experiences a sense of well-being, freedom from pain, and clarity of mind. Polarity Therapy relaxes the whole person, encouraging the restoration of normal functioning so that the body may be able to use its own natural intelligence to heal itself. As a result, one is then able to resolve one's own problems on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Polarity is a form of touch therapy. Depending on one's individual needs, touch can be very light (to bring awareness to certain organs) or deep tissue to relax the muscles.(see Q&A below for more info)
What is Reflexology Acupressure Massage?
Reflexology is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, head and face linked to every part of the body. By pressing or massaging these points blood flow gets increased in these organs removing energetic blocks and relieving pain.
(see Q&A below for more info)
Sound Bath Body Healing and Chakra Balancing includes using crystal singing bowls attuned to the frequency of various chakras/or a Tibetan brass singing mediation bowl attuned to all 8 chakras.
Acutonics includes using 9 Tuning Forks of Solfeggio frequencies to tune chakras and heal various body organs and physical conditions by tuning them to their optimal, balanced state of harmony.
Crystal Healing involves placing very specific crystals on the chakras of the body that need healing and balancing. The frequency of each crystal activates flow of energy through the meridians and strengthening the chakras.
As you can see, there are many ways to heal and I firmly believe that WE ARE TRULY A MIRACLE IN MOTION!

What is Polarity Therapy?
The term “Polarity” was coined by Dr. Stone in late 1940s and refers to a physical human body as a container of polarized energy: (-) Yin, or negative south pole (located in feet), (+) Yang, or positive north pole (located in the head) and a (0) or neutral (located in the spine midline). Just like a battery, human body generates electro-magnetic field down to every cell that creates currents through various meridians. “This negative and positive action throughout the system is the factor which make each cell contract and expand in its processes of life”. Dr. Stone “Health building” p.11. The Source Energy flows through these meridians into the organs. Polarity therapy is a holistic energy healing modality based on the science of positive and negative charges in the human body’s electromagnetic field.
How does Polarity Therapy work?
The therapist uses variety of techniques to manipulate energy flow and balance, the most common of which is touch or physical manipulation. Fundamental part of it is bipolar contact, which involves applying both hands to the body at once, with each hand on an "opposing location". This application activates and unblocks electromagnetic meridians of the body and flow of energy, known as Qi(Chi).
How is it different from Reiki?
- Unlike Reiki or Healing touch, that does not actually involve hands to physically touch the body, Polarity uses two types of touch: light and/or deep tissue.
- Reiki and Healing touch use higher frequency of other dimensional energies to heal the body, while Polarity uses touch that activates the body to heal itself.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, face and ears. Reflexology has been practiced in India and China for thousands of years and now is very popular in Europe.
Dr. Eunice Ingham coined the name “Reflexology” in the 20thcentury, based on ancient knowledge of acupressure. Energy blocks can be removed through massage of reflex points in the body. Each pressure point corresponds to a specific organ that needs an increase in blood flow.
How does Reflexology work?
Ancient Chinese work with Qi (Chi), or “vital energy.” Qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks Qi. This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness. Reflexology aims to keep Qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free. In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body. Reflexologists use maps of these points in the feet, hands, and ears to determine where they should apply pressure. The touch sends energy flowing through a person’s body until it reaches the area in need of healing.
In the 1890s, British scientists found that nerves connect the skin and internal organs. They also found that the body’s entire nervous system tends to adjust to outside factors, including touch. A reflexologist’s touch may help to calm the central nervous system, promoting relaxation. The brain creates pain as a subjective experience. Sometimes, the brain reacts to physical pain. But in other cases, it may create pain in response to emotional or mental distress. Reflexology can reduce pain through calming touch, which may help to improve someone’s mood and reduce stress. The body contains 10 vertical zones. Each zone contains different body parts (organs) and corresponds to specific fingers, toes, head, and face.
How is it different from Acupuncture?
Reflexology is using the same meridian and pressure points maps and is very the results are the same. The only difference is NO use of needles.
How Reflexology can help?
Reflexology eases the same ailments as Polarity.
