Hello, my name is Deanna. Over the past 12 years, I have been living in the beautiful Green Mountains of central Vermont. It is a magical land, full of untamed wilderness and serene, majestic beauty. Throughout my 20’s and 30’s I traveled the world extensively and visited many sacred places.

My journey into Polarity spans 40 years. It started at the age 14, while living in Eastern Europe, I was exposed to a large dose of radiation that affected my endocrine, cardiovascular, digestive and lymphatic body systems. I started to experience brutal migraines, bloating, nausea and severe PMS, leading to a constant anxiety and eventually depression. While living in many places around the world and across US, I had exhausted every treatment offered by a traditional, allopathic medicine. Nothing was helping me and I was feeling worse every year. I gained over 60 pounds, felt sick most of the time and was becoming hopeless. I started to look into alternative medicine, supplements and diet changes. While some of it helped to reduce the severity of my symptoms, I still remained in pain most of the time.

Until one day I had finally met a practitioner in bio-magnetic treatment in Woodstock, VT. There, I was told for the first time about the radiation exposure being a cause of most of my ailments and that traditional medicine has no knowledge of how to detect it or to eliminate it from the body. It only treats the consequences of radiation exposure, like cancer, diabetes, etc. The results of that 2 year treatment changed my life! While still having some symptoms, my pain levels went from 10 to 4 and I continued to search for complete healing solution. I was amazed  while discovering Polarity, that our hands have the same detoxing, energy moving effect as a pair of positive and negative magnets. 

I also had a very powerful healing/release of my complex trauma as a survivor of global nuclear disaster, while receiving a Polarity Therapy session in San-Francisco from my teacher Brian Jansen. I was shocked as to how powerful this healing modality is and what it really capable of achieving!

It is worth mentioning that throughout my life I always had a burning interest in all things mystical, hidden and esoteric. Around 5 years ago, I had landed on a book that had such a profound effect on me that I decided to enroll into the Mystery School to advance my knowledge of how human's higher energy bodies interact with our physical body and explore my higher connection to Source Consciousness. After completing all three levels of Mystery School, I became aware of direct connection between our emotions and our wellbeing. By finding the source of our anger, anxiety or depression we are able to heal ourselves and any trauma we survived. This process takes time, courage and dedication to face yourself on many levels, yet it is very rewarding as we come to really love ourselves on the deepest levels of our being. 

When I started to study Polarity, I realized how this very unique and complex modality encompasses all the knowledge from the East and the West accumulated through thousands of years. It views our physical  body as a living container of Soul and Spirit energy. 

While studying Polarity, I also decided to deepen my knowledge of Reflexology.

Mostly practiced in Asia and India, this ancient modality works with openings energetic meridians of the body and increasing blood flow to the struggling organs by applying pressure to specific points on the body. I am now applying acupressure to treat my migraine and do notice the difference.

I have learned that to make a real difference in our health, we need a complete system that includes: changing lifestyle and diet, combined with awareness of thoughts, feelings, how we care for ourselves and others and how we see ourselves as part of the whole.

Polarity and Reflexology, combined with nutritional part of Ayurveda promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness through a number of approaches and directed strategies which include:

• Verbal interaction/dialogue to guide awareness and somatic understanding by bringing attention to one's internal experience, energy shifts, physical sensations and mental and physical perceptions
•  Client discussion of nervous system regulatory system, techniques in stress management and other valuable tools to help promote the client's health and well being.
• Manual interventions such as identifying and working with pressure points via physical contact with the body to support nervous system regulation/stress management and balancing out vital energy. 
• Supplemental health counseling through holistic diet and nutritional education, stretching and other movements that directly support energetic balance and long term vitality and health.

What makes my practice different, is that I don't have a background in traditional, medical field. I am highly intuitive, compassionate and very excited to share my knowledge and skills with everybody, who can benefit from them.
