Polarity Energy Balancing Therapy is bringing the study of energy out of the esoteric realm of quantum physics and nuclear particle accelerators into, quite literally, the palms of our hands.

Playing Crystal Singing Bowls or large Tibetan Brass Bowl is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being. 

The sound waves from the bowls, that are attuned to a specific chakras (For example Heart Chakra Crystal Bowl vibrates at 639 Hz and Sacral at 417 Hz) penetrate deep into the tissue and blood, as we are 80% water.
