Minerals in the Jade Stone are highly beneficial to our skin. This tool is very useful in increasing blood flow in the face or feet, which helps to detox the skin and the body.

Rose Quartz is another crystal that has many beneficial mineral properties. Calming and reassuring, it helps to comfort in times of grief. Rose Quartz dispels negativity. It helps to deter signs of aging as well as remove dark circles and puffiness by massaging various parts of the face. It also works to improve microcirculation and helps with fatigue when used on the whole body.

l I use the Jade Reflex Tool to improve blood and lymphatic flow in the body. Can be used for feet or full body and stimulates the internal organs of the body to help blood circulation, and relieves tension in the nervous system. Prevents and treats disease that occurs in the body.

I use this skin-care roller to help reduce, redness, puffiness and dark circles around the eyes by stimulating blood flow.  It can also help to eliminate toxins, reduce stress and inflammation as well as improve sinus conditions and congestion. Can also help to open the pores for better absorption into the skin. 

I use the Gua Sha Pen to pint point certain reflex points that activate specific organs. The tool is very effective in helping with Deep Trigger Point Massage, reducing mild and acute muscle pain, intense spasms and dull, generalized aches in the neck, back and shoulders due to the sharper point on the opposite side of the tool.
