Polarity Therapy is bringing the study of energy out of the esoteric realm of quantum physics and nuclear particle accelerators into, quite literally, the palms of our hands.
Just as there are subtle electromagnetic forces which bind the parts of an atom together, there are subtle patterns of energy which create and sustain all living things. This “life energy” expresses itself not only through our physical bodies but also through our thoughts, feelings, personal relationships, and everyday experiences.
Polarity works with life energy in all of its forms, using a comprehensive system of bodywork, exercise, nutritional guidance, and verbal counseling to bring body, mind, emotions, and spirit into a state of balance, harmony and vibrant health.
The therapy is based on balancing 5 elements that include Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth and 8 chakras of the body. Each element holds mental, emotional and etheric qualities that correspond to various ailments in the body, when out of balance. Using various forms of touch and pressure on the meridian points of the body, the energy blocks being removed.
Within each person exists a vast network of energy pathways that are constantly circulating Qi throughout the body. We call these pathways Meridians, and each has an important role for health and vitality.
Along each meridian are a series of acupressure points. Acupressure points are places at which energy can be activated within the meridian to cause a healing effect in a different part of the body.
Your acupressure points often need a little activation to channel energy to various parts of your body. By doing so, it’s possible to heal many ailments simply and effectively.
Crystals are the earliest conscious form of life on our planet. They are all different and hold within themselves multitude of healing and balancing frequencies.
- Absorb, hold and transmit/channel the life-force.
- Focus, amplify and intensify our experience of the life-force
- Activate our chakras and increase the flow of life-force
- Ground and uplift
- Work through resonance
- Support us in sensing and attuning to more subtle realms.
The healing includes a creation of specific grid, placed on the Flower of Life or Tree of Life image for manifestation of desired healing goal. The crystals also strategically placed on the body to stimulate certain organs.
When your working or living space feels heavy, most likely there is a stuck energy inside. Made of heavy thoughts or feeling of current or previous inhabitants . Crystals, Sage, Prayer and invocation help clear the space, where everybody feels lighter, happier being there..
We are multi-dimensional beings of light energy that are having human experiences on this planet. Each one of us have many bodies, starting with physical one (the most dense and visible), then emotional, mental and etheric. We also have a Higher Self (our Soul) that is ALWAYS connected to Creator Source Energy-our I AM presence that is very powerful and all knowing. I help you connect to this beautiful, spiritual part of yourself and manifest an abundance of healings and miracles.
Here are some of the main characteristics for each dosha to help you determine which type matches you best:
Pitta (fire + water). Intelligent, hard-working, and decisive. This dosha generally has a medium physical build, short temper, and may suffer from conditions like indigestion, heart disease, or high blood pressure.
Vata (air + space). Creative, energetic, and lively. People with this dosha are usually thin with a light frame and may struggle with digestive issues, fatigue, or anxiety when out of balance.
Kapha (earth + water). Naturally calm, grounded, and loyal. Those with a kapha dosha often have a sturdier frame and may have issues with weight gain, asthma, depression, or diabetes.
According to this diet, your dosha determines which foods you should eat to promote
For example, the pitta dosha focuses on cooling, energizing foods and limits spices, nuts, and seeds.
Meanwhile, the vata dosha favors warm, moist, and grounding foods while restricting dried fruits, bitter herbs, and raw veggies.
Finally, the kapha dosha limits heavy foods like nuts, seeds, and oils in favor of fruits, veggies, and legumes.
